Manager

Role Objectives: Responsible for facilitating and designing of solutions meeting Client's requirements, help TCS Sales and Account organization sell/close business, and design new solutions and collaterals.

Reporting to: Head of Presales

Reportees: May be Individual Contributor or limited reportees

Responsibilities Include:
# RFX/Bid/client requirements solutioning and help win TCV with compelling solutions and pitches.
# Manage client visits and create experience through all-round leverage of resources (people, practices, solutions, materials)
# Create reusable collaterals for solutions and offerings that are best in class
# Participate in marketing initiatives to position our offerings
# Coach and mentor teams and extended teams for achievement goals overall

Ensuring Information security for sensitive data

Knowledge/Experience (Preferred):  
# Post Graduation
# 10-15 years of relevant experience (in Bid Management/Solutioning in BPO/CoE/Practice)
# Knowledge of banking industry is good, core need is to have strong presales/bid management/solutioning expertise
# Specialization in some areas of Banking, such as savings, cards, Loans, commercial, Wealth, Transformation is preferred
