Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose:


As a Team Member Talent Management, you will be responsible for executing the organizational strategy for identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential talent at Suzlon. Reporting to the LeadTalent Management, the primary objective is to build a robust talent ecosystem through structured development journeys, inclusive diversity initiatives, and scalable skill-building programs.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the end-to-end High Potential (HIPO) journey for Junior Management cohorts. This includes identification, assessment coordination, and tracking personalized development plans (IDPs) and working with GLD teams to drive learning journeys.
  • Drive the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) agenda across the talent lifecyclefrom targeted acquisition strategies to development and engagement programs tailored for diverse talent groups.
  • Work closely with Business Leaders and HRBPs to ensure development programs are aligned with business-critical roles and future capability requirements.
  • Partner with external training providers to deliver high-impact programs, such as Managerial Effectiveness and Leadership workshops. Oversee the governance of leadership and functional development journeys.
  • Provide execution support for critical projects, including Skill Development Initiative, Employee Value Proposition etc.

Stakeholder Ecosystem: Internal: HRBPs & COEs, Employees, Admin, IT External Training Partners

Core Competencies

  • Understanding of assessment tools, IDP frameworks, and adult learning principles.
  • Flair for designing and executing inclusive programs that cater to diverse employee demographics.
  • Strong capability in governing external partnerships to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple event timelines simultaneously
  • Ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in MS EXCEL and MS Powerpoint tools for creating engaging content for all stakeholders
