Job Description

Job Summary-:


The Manager Talent Management will be responsible for implementing, and managing talent strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing employees across the insurance organization.


Key Responsibilities:


1) Talent Strategy

  • Implement the developed comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with the companys business goals and growth plans.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right skills and capabilities are available across sales and support functions.


2) Performance Management

  • Manage performance management frameworks, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
  • Ensure performance systems drive accountability, productivity, and customer-centric outcomes.
  • Train managers on effective performance coaching and evaluation.



3) Learning & Development

  • Identify competency gaps and design learning programs
  • Oversee leadership development and management training programs.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend continuous improvements.


4) Succession Planning & Leadership Development

  • Identify high-potential employees and design development plans to prepare them for future leadership positions.


5) Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Implement talent initiatives that improve employee engagement and reduce attrition.
  • Analyze engagement survey results and recommend targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address retention risks in key insurance roles.


Key Skills and Competencies-:

  • Strong knowledge of talent management practices and HR frameworks
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with HRIS, talent analytics, and performance management systems
  • Ability to influence and coach leaders and managers


Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or professional HR certification (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in talent management or organizational development
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly desirable
