Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions across multiple functions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, networking, and headhunting.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles based on technical requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations and workforce plans.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for critical skills and upcoming requirements.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure timely closures.
  • Track hiring metrics and provide recruitment reports regularly.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency and inhouse /corporate Hiring).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and current market trends.
  • Proven experience in hiring for niche and senior-level tech positions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ATS tools and professional networking platforms.
