We are looking for a dynamic Manager, Talent Acquisition for our new India Product hub! In this role, you will not only lead the end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles but also cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborate with various team members (Human Resources Business Partners, Compensation, Finance, and Operations) to build and implement a comprehensive hiring strategy. In addition to being a strategic recruiting leader, you also have a deep curiosity about talent programs, employment branding, and advanced analyticsthis is one of your passions! What youll do
- Develop relationships at all levels of the business , meeting regularly with senior leaders to understand business needs and recommend effective, data-driven, and tailored recruiting strategies.
- Develop, implement, and deliver high-level recruiting strategies to fill current openings and build a diverse talent pipeline while ensuring a premium experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Oversee and execute proactive sourcing initiatives (e.g., networking, internet research, cold calling, events, and conferences) to expand our Talent Community and brand presence.
- Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of top talent, competitor landscapes, and industry trends to act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.
- Drive continuous adoption and adaptation of Hiring for Success within the business to ensure a world-class experience both internally and externally.
- In partnership with internal stakeholders , evolve recruitment processes, develop scalable tools, and lead initiatives to solve complex hiring challenges in a competitive market.
This role requires
- 10+ years of related experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, with at least 23 years in a leadership or managerial capacity focusing on technical talent.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing complex sourcing strategies and building robust pipelines of diverse talent within the India market.
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills with the ability to successfully influence and advise senior business leaders.
- A passion for employer branding , social media strategy, and innovative internet research techniques.
- A strong data-driven approach to problem-solving and reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Unwavering dedication to a stellar candidate experience.
- Expert understanding of the India labor market and employment laws/regulations, with the ability to educate and guide hiring teams effectively.
