Role Overview

Were looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about building high-impact teams. In this role, you wont just fill positionsyoull shape how we attract, engage, and hire great talent. You will work closely with business leaders, understand their priorities, support them through the hiring process, and ensure we onboard the right people at the right time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback management, and offer negotiation.
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, understanding their needs and helping them navigate the hiring process smoothly.
  • Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for recurring and business-critical roles.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment partners as needed to support hiring needs.
  • Track and deliver on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity , and candidate experience .
  • Ensure an engaging, transparent, and professional experience for every candidate at every touchpoint.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and platforms to continuously improve workflows and efficiency.
  • Contribute to process improvements and projects that enhance the hiring function and overall stakeholder experience.
