Role Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer at ARAs Client, you will be a senior member of our engineering team responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining custom software solutions. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Tagetik Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance applications that meet evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for Tagetik Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting solutions.
• Lead and mentor team members, driving technical and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams and stakeholders to influence key technical decisions.
• Provide robust solutions applicable across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and promote continuous learning.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely stakeholder updates.
• Analyze, design, code, test, and troubleshoot application components.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Tagetik Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong application development and maintenance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies.
• Proven team leadership and collaboration skills.
