Job Description
This role supports the Corporate Strategy function by improving project execution through
strong coordination, structured documentation, and data-driven insights. The individual
will work closely with project teams, procurement, design consultants, and contractors to
ensure milestones are met and leadership has clear visibility via reports and dashboards.
Over time, the hire will independently handle smaller strategic projects with measurable
outcomes.
Primary KPIs
1. Reduce operational bottlenecks through effective coordination and structured tracking
between project, design, procurement, vendors, and finance.
2. Deliver strategic mini-projects end-to-end, focused on cost, planning, design, and process
improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor weekly execution progress and highlight delays
Track drawings, procurement actions, long-lead materials, budgets, and cashflows
Prepare weekly MIS/dashboards for leadership
Maintain audit-ready documentation
Align procurement, design, contractors, and project teams
Compare budgets vs actuals
Build trackers and dashboards
Conduct modelling, rate comparison, vendor performance
Strategic Mini-Projects:
- Work with Design to ensure SOP alignment on cost control elements
- Budget analysis across lifecycle
- Quantity estimation for future planning
- Cashflow and milestone closure
