Job Description

Role Overview

As a Manager Strategy , you will act as a generalist working closely with founders and senior leaders across go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, business development, and growth initiatives . This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys both strategy and on-ground execution .


Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market & Growth

  • Help define and execute GTM strategies for new products, features, and markets
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams on positioning, messaging, and launch plans
  • Identify new customer segments, use cases, and revenue opportunities

Sales Enablement & Revenue Strategy

  • Support sales teams with pitch decks, proposals, case studies, and pricing frameworks
  • Analyze funnel performance, winloss data, and pipeline metrics to improve conversion
  • Build and refine sales playbooks and GTM materials

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify, evaluate, and support strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, platforms, and ecosystem players
  • Assist in outbound initiatives, partnership pitches, and commercial discussions
  • Coordinate pilot programs and track partnership outcomes

Generalist / Founders Office Support

  • Work closely with founders on ad-hoc strategic initiatives , experiments, and problem-solving
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to guide decision-making
  • Track OKRs, business KPIs, and execution across key initiatives


Required Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in strategy, GTM, sales ops, business development, consulting, or startup roles
  • Strong commercial mindset with interest in sales and revenue growth
  • Ability to operate as a generalist across strategy and execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in adtech, martech, media, SaaS, or creator economy
  • Prior exposure to sales processes, CRM tools, or GTM analytics
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action
