Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and commercially driven professional to lead high-impact
sports partnership initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional logo placements and jersey
sponsorships we are seeking someone who can conceptualize innovative sport brand
integrations, create compelling partnership narratives, and drive revenue through insight-led
selling.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, storytelling excellence, and strong business
acumen to unlock differentiated brand solutions within the sports ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Partnership Ideation & Strategy
1. Conceptualize high-impact jersey and non-jersey partnerships.
2. Develop innovative sport brand integrations that deliver measurable business outcomes.
3. Identify new monetizable opportunities across teams, tournaments, digital platforms, and fan
ecosystems.
4. Build differentiated, insight-backed partnership propositions.
2. Pitch Development & Storytelling.
1. Create compelling pitch decks rooted in consumer insight, brand strategy, and commercial
viability.
2. Translate brand objectives into scalable sports-led marketing platforms.
3. Develop new IPs and platform-led properties that can attract long-term brand investments.
3. Revenue & Commercial Growth
1. Drive revenue through idea-led, solution-oriented selling.
2. Lead end-to-end partnership development from ideation to proposal submission.
3. Structure customized commercial models aligned to brand KPIs.
4. Contribute to overall partnership revenue targets and growth strategy.
4. Strategic Client Engagement
1. Engage in strategic conversations with CMOs, founders, and senior brand leaders.
2. Present partnership concepts confidently and persuasively.
3. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across brands and agencies.
Skills Required
1. 46 years of experience in sports marketing, brand partnerships, media solutions, or
integrated marketing.
2. Proven experience in conceptual selling and solution-based revenue generation.
3. Strong storytelling capability with excellent pitch deck creation skills.
4. Ability to think beyond traditional sponsorship formats.
5. Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and marketing ROI.
6. Commercially sharp with a creative instinct.
7. Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
