About the Role

• This role owns and scales high-impact strategic partnerships across RMCs, Corporate Travel, Travel Trade, and MICE , driving sustained room revenue, long-stay contracts, and brand-led enterprise demand. The focus is on creating distribution, not chasing rates .

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow strategic partnerships with RMCs, TMCs, Corporate Travel Heads, MICE agencies, DMCs, and Tour Operators
• Drive enterprise and long-stay business including relocations, project housing, offsites, trainings, and conferences
• Own end-to-end deal cycles: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closure, and relationship management
• Position the brand as a preferred extended-stay partner across corporate and industry verticals
• Deliver against revenue, room nights, ALOS, and repeat business targets
• Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations for scalable growth

What Were Looking For

• 610 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality partnerships, corporate travel, or MICE
• Strong commercial negotiation and boardroom-level communication skills
• Ability to sell solutions and concepts , not just rooms
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity and market-building roles
