The Role: Not a Seller, But a Strategic Architect

We are seeking an enterprising, articulate, and highly creative Brand Solutions Specialist. This is not a role for a "space seller." We are looking for a master storyteller who can build narratives that bridge the gap between an advertisers pain points and ETs platform strengths.

Your mission is to create high-impact Intellectual Properties (IPs) and comprehensive advertiser options across all formatsdisplay, video, branded content, and non-traditional digital media.

Key Responsibilities

1. IP Development: Conceptualize and build scalable Intellectual Properties (Digital Summits, Award Series, Video IPs) that align with ETs legacy and meet long-term business priorities.
2. Problem-Solving Narratives: Deeply understand advertiser business challenges. Create bespoke solutions that address these "pain points" rather than offering off-the-shelf inventory.
3. Masterful Pitching: Design and deliver visually stunning, logically persuasive pitch decks. You must be able to sell a vision to CMOs and Brand Managers.
4. Strategic Sync: Ensure all concepts play to ETs core strengths: Trust, Authority, and Access.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Sales to identify opportunities, and with Product, Tech, Design, and Content teams to bring your concepts to life.

The Marketer: 210 years of experience in brand solutions, marketing, or creative strategy. You understand the marketing funnel and how to move the needle for a brand.

The Diplomat: High integrity and interpersonal skills are non-negotiable. You must navigate internal teams and external clients with confidence and poise.

The Enterprising Mind: You are a self-starter who identifies market gaps and creates "money-cant-buy" opportunities before a brief even hits your desk.
