Job Title-Manager Partnerships Corporate Sales (B2B2C)

LocationGurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Manager Partnerships Corporate Sales to drive enterprise partnerships and corporate account growth in a B2B2C environment. The role involves engaging with senior corporate stakeholders, driving product adoption across employee bases, and owning revenue and retention metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales & Account Growth

  • Drive B2B2C enterprise sales by acquiring and managing corporate accounts through targeted outreach to CXOs.
  • Engage with HR, Admin, Finance, and Rewards leaders to position solutions as employee engagement and value-creation offerings.
  • Own end-to-end account lifecycle: hunting new accounts (80%) and farming existing relationships (20%).

Account Management & Retention

  • Own product usage, revenue targets, and retention metrics for assigned corporate accounts.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by deepening wallet share across accounts.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to design customized corporate programs and engagement strategies.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to improve offerings, adoption, and user experience.

Execution & Performance

  • Manage complex sales cycles including presentations, negotiations, and closures with senior leadership.
  • Track performance against KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of business targets.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 48 years of experience in B2B2C enterprise sales (mandatory).
  • Proven experience engaging with corporate CXOs (HR, Admin, Finance, Rewards).
  • Strong hunting mindset with demonstrated success in acquiring new corporate accounts.
  • Experience owning revenue, product adoption, and client retention .
  • Exposure to Healthcare or Financial Services industry preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
