Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee Daily Operations

  • Manage all store activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • Coordinate with suppliers for orders and deliveries, ensuring compliance with quality and quantity standards.

  • Ensure adequate storage space, especially in the finishing area, to accommodate incoming materials.

2. Material Waste Monitoring

  • Identify and promptly escalate material wastage issues to the management for resolution.

3. Inventory Control

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels by ensuring timely replenishment while avoiding overstocking.

4. Documentation and Reporting

  • Prepare and manage Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Bills Inward, and weekly/monthly stock reports.

  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and audit readiness.

5. Multi-Site Experience

  • Should have experience managing operations across 2–3 site locations.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduation in any stream or relevant certifications in Store or Materials Management.

  • Experience: 8–10 years in the Real Estate sector with strong skills in inventory management, logistics coordination, and operational efficiency.

  • Skills: Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems is a plus.
