Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

This role will act as single point contact between field (Sales & CC) & various functions at HO, PMIS, QA, Manufacturing etc for reduction of aging of Sales Returned Tractors due to technical complaints.

• Provide techno commercial solution to field team to reduce “sales return” due to technical complaints.
• Monitor progress & expedite rectification of SRN tractors to Factory finish condition for sales.
• Responsible for working with stakeholder functions to reduce block stock and its ageing.
• Escalation incase of major dysfunction in end to end process.
• Audit effectiveness of the improvements introduced on product to improve and retain plant product quality.
• Take up repetitive issues with Product Council / QA for permanent resolution.
• Overall governing of Block stock and its ageing process. Establish frequent communication to PMIS / Sales on readiness of tractors.
• Work with PMIS to offer commercial solution to field for aging tractors due to technical complaints.

Preferred Industries

Education Qualification

BE/BTech/ Diploma with minimum 12-15 years of work experience

General Experience

Deliverables

• Monitor and deliver minimum block stock ageing (base F25 avg).
• Maintain defectives analysis and propose improvement through periodic updates to reduce overall end to end cost.

Critical Experience

Skill

• Technical competency to understand and even verify the defects reported.
• Well versed with Tractor & its aggregate functioning.
• Communication skills for Aligning people from stakeholder functions to accomplish the repairs and or decision making.
