Manager - Sr. Manager || US Accounting || Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced US Accounting professional for our client ( Leading accounting firm ) to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and team management for a fast-growing global professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements for multiple entities/locations

Manage journal entries, general ledger activities, and account reconciliations

Oversee accounting areas including cash posting, bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and treasury activities

Ensure compliance with US GAAP and financial reporting standards

Perform variance analysis and support internal/external audits

Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and accounting best practices

Partner with US stakeholders and leadership teams on financial reporting and analysis

Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery

Requirements

8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a professional services environment

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting

Experience with accounting systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite/ Quick Books ) and advanced Excel skills

Proven people management experience with ability to lead and develop teams

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Location: Hyderabad

Work Model: Hybrid ( 1 day WFH / 4 days WFO)

Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM
