Reports To: VP & Head Talent Development
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Purpose
Support key learning, talent management, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance employee capabilities, strengthen leadership pipelines, and foster an engaging work environment. Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to identify development needs, deliver learning programs, and drive succession planning and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive digital transformation in L&D and Talent Management using AI tools and HR technology.
Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
Collaborate with managers and employees to design and track Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and deliver functional, behavioral, compliance, and leadership programs.
Manage LMS operations, vendor coordination and program delivery.
Refresh learning content and strengthen application through follow-ups and manager involvement.
Build dashboards and reports across learning, talent, succession, and engagement.
Lead implementation and improvement of SuccessFactors LMS and Talent modules.
Support culture, DEI, and capability-building initiatives across geographies.
Ensure governance, compliance, documentation for institutionalizing the LnOD process.
Qualifications & Experience
Masters degree in HR or related field from a premier business school.
3-5 years of experience in Learning, Talent Management or LnOD Transformation in manufacturing and consulting environments preferred.
Certifications in psychometric tools (e.g., MBTI, Hogan, SHL, DISC, OPQ) desirable.
Personal Characteristics
