Position: Manager/ Sr. Manager - Govt. Liasioning

Company: M3M India Private Limited

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Industry Preference: Infrastructure / EPC / Roads / Urban Development

Experience: 5-12 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison and coordination with Government & Statutory Bodies including NHAI, Road & Transport Department, Urban Development Authorities , Municipal Corporations, and other regulatory agencies.
• Managing approvals, permissions, clearances, and compliances related to infrastructure and road projects.
• Representing the organization before government departments and local authorities.
• Tracking regulatory changes and ensuring timely compliance.
• Supporting land acquisition, ROW (Right of Way), and project-related statutory matters.
• Handling government correspondence, submissions, and follow-ups.
• Maintaining strong relationships with key government officials.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in government liaisoning (NHAI/Road & Transport/Urban Development).
• In-depth knowledge of NHAI processes, R&T regulations, and Urban Development norms .
• Ability to independently handle government interactions.
• Familiarity with central, state, and local authority procedures (Specially Delhi/NCR) .

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
