A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience selling exhibition stall design & fabrication solutions is mandatory/must have (pls do not apply if you do not have this experience).

This role is best suited for candidates with strong B2B sales exposure within exhibitions, expos, and experiential spaces.

Compensation Band (Fixed CTC): Manager: 12 LPA to 15 LPA | Senior Manager: 15 LPA to 18 LPA (based on relevant years of experience & interview performance) Sales incentives apply additionally. Position Overview:

HR Interface Recruitment Consulting has been exclusively retained to hire for a Manager / Senior Manager Exhibition Sales to help build and scale the client companys Exhibitions & Experiential Spaces vertical . This new business line focuses on exhibition stall design, fabrication, and pavilion solutions, with long-term plans to develop proprietary and collaborative exhibition IPs (Intellectual Properties).


This role is for professionals who understand the exhibitions ecosystem end-to-end from new business acquisition and solution selling to coordinating design, fabrication, and on-ground delivery. The ideal candidate enjoys building businesses from scratch and wants to play a pivotal role in shaping a growing vertical within a creative organisation.

Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for exhibition stall design and fabrication solutions
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across FMCG, Automobile, BFSI, Pharma, IT, Consumer Durables , and allied sectors
  • Develop strategic partnerships with exhibition organisers, trade associations, and marketing agencies
  • Create proposals, pitch presentations , and cost estimates aligned with client needs and budgets
  • Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets for the exhibitions vertical


Client & Project Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients from briefing to project completion
  • Coordinate closely with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks across projects
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence


Strategic Growth & Exhibition IP Development

  • Identify opportunities to develop proprietary or collaborative exhibition IPs aligned with business strategy
  • Track emerging trends, technologies, and formats in exhibitions and experiential brand spaces
  • Build and nurture a strong ecosystem of vendors, designers, fabricators, and strategic partners

Qualifications & Skills

  • 712 years of overall experience in Exhibition Sales / Exhibition Organisers & Services Sales/Business Development
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling exhibition stall design & fabrication solutions is a must have.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation with assigned sales targets
  • Strong understanding of industry exhibitions , trade fairs, and B2B events
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial understanding of the exhibition business
  • Ability to work independently and scale a new business vertical
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation
