Section II: Job Summary
The Manager – Electronics R&D (BESS) will lead the development of electronic systems for advanced battery energy storage products. The role includes managing teams focused on power electronics, embedded systems, BMS (Battery Management Systems), and control systems. This position plays a critical role in innovating and delivering safe, efficient, and scalable BESS solutions. |
Section III: Do – Key Activities and responsibilities of the role

Job Responsibilities | Lead the design, prototyping, and validation of electronic systems in BESS, including PCBs, power electronics, and control systems. Manage development and integration of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, etc.). Drive innovation in power conversion (inverters, DC-DC converters) and monitoring technologies. Oversee embedded hardware/firmware development and testing. Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, and software teams for cross-functional integration. Ensure compliance with relevant safety, EMI/EMC, and grid-interconnection standards. Conduct risk analysis, FMEA, and design reviews. Identify and evaluate new technologies for performance, cost, and manufacturability. Support prototyping, field trials, and issue resolution. Develop and mentor a team of electronics engineers and technicians. Coordinate with vendors for component selection and outsourcing, where necessary. |
Job Description | Should have understanding of components used in the systems and having good knowledge of product categories , standards and tools such as CATIA , ALTIUM , AUTO CAD for layout., should have knowledge of integration of electronics items such as FFS , EMS . |

Measurable Deliverables
| Should have skillful knowledge on circuit designs and assembly codings. Should have capability to remove glitches in the module bugs and capable of working orcad or altimum to trace product designs and validations for product selections. |
