Manager Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) Solar

Location: Ahmedabad / Project Sites

Experience: 57 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Electrical / Mechanical

Role Objective

To ensure high plant availability, optimal generation, and efficient operations of solar assets in line with performance guarantees and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for O&M; of solar power plants

- Monitor plant performance, PR, CUF, availability, and energy yield

- Oversee SCADA monitoring, fault analysis, and corrective/preventive maintenance

- Manage site teams, O&M; contractors, and service vendors

- Ensure compliance with safety norms, SOPs, OEM guidelines, and statutory requirements

- Coordinate with OEMs for inverter-related issues

- Prepare daily, monthly, and annual O&M; performance reports

- Liaise with asset management, DISCOMs, and internal stakeholders

Key Competencies

- Hands-on O&M; experience in utility-scale solar plants

- Strong understanding of SCADA, inverters, HT/LT systems

- Leadership, troubleshooting, and vendor management skills

Manager Civil (Solar Projects)

Location: Project Sites / Ahmedabad

Experience: 57 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering

Role Objective

To manage and supervise civil execution activities for solar projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project

timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise civil works including foundations, piling, RCC, roads, and structures

- Review civil drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

- Manage contractors, site engineers, and daily execution activities

- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and workmanship standards

- Certify contractor bills and manage quantities

- Coordinate with electrical and project teams

Key Competencies

- Experience in civil works for solar or large infrastructure projects

- Strong site execution and contractor management skills

- Knowledge of foundations, structural works, and quality systems.

Manager Electrical (Solar Projects)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Electrical Engineering

Role Objective

To manage electrical execution, grid connectivity, and commissioning activities for solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Review electrical designs and oversee site execution

- Manage HT/LT systems, substations, transmission lines, and pooling substations

- Liaise with DISCOMs, CEIG, CEA, and other statutory authorities

- Supervise testing, commissioning, and synchronization activities

- Ensure compliance with grid codes, protection schemes, and safety norms

- Troubleshoot electrical issues during execution and operation

Key Competencies

- Strong experience in EHV/HV/LV systems

- Grid connectivity and commissioning exposure

- Knowledge of protection systems and regulatory norms.
