The Manager role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering, with an advanced degree preferred. The role requires 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in leading engineering teams.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Experience working in an Agile and Test-Driven Development environment with strong business and technical vision.

• Experience in technologies that include Java, REST, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps and more.

• Experience/Familiar with Generative AI (GENAI) tools and frameworks.

• Experience that will demonstrate proficiency and ease with programming languages, code quality initiatives, scripting languages and operating systems

• Experience with DevOps practices to ensure seamless development cycles and efficient production releases.

• You have the passion to understanding people and to always striving to improve our products and services!

• Responsibility for the overall development life cycle of the solution and management of complex products with significant bottom-line impact.

• Identify opportunities for further improvements to standards and processes.

• Mentor junior team members, develop departmental procedures and best practices standards.

• Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 6 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
