Manager, Social Media & Content Strategy Hospitality

Location: Bangalore (On-site preferred)

Experience: Minimum 4 years in social strategy and content leadership


dhi Hospitality is looking for someone who can help us build our social and content presence with clarity and intent. We manage social media for several hotel brands, but our own channels are still in early stages. This role is for someone whos comfortable starting from scratch, defining the system, and setting a standard that reflects who we are and the brands we manage.


Youll shape dhis voice and presence, while also leading the social and content direction for our hotel portfolio. This is a strategic role with real creative influence and the space to build something meaningful from the ground up.


What Youll Own

  • Lead the social and content strategy for dhi Hospitality and multiple hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
  • Build content ideas, themes, and narratives that support each brands positioning and commercial priorities.
  • Create structured monthly content calendars for both dhi and hotel brands.
  • Write captions and messaging that stay true to each brands tone.
  • Brief the graphic designer with clear direction, references, and context so visuals align with the story.
  • Oversee creative direction and ensure content feels consistent, relevant, and purposeful.
  • Manage community interactions across pages with maturity and awareness of guest expectations.
  • Track performance, interpret insights, and evolve the content strategy based on real behaviour, not assumptions.
  • Stay close to hospitality, culture, and design trends that can enrich brand storytelling.


What Youll Bring

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in social media or content strategy, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong preference for candidates with agency experience , especially those used to managing multiple brands and fast-moving briefs.
  • Strong writing instincts with the ability to turn brand identity into clear, compelling content.
  • Confidence managing multiple brands without losing quality or rhythm.
  • Solid understanding of Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn across organic and paid formats.
  • Experience collaborating with designers and managing end-to-end content production.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva (for references), Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Mention.
  • A calm, structured, strategic mindset, with the ability to build systems where none exist yet.


Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with hotel groups or multi-property portfolios.
  • Background in brand storytelling, tone-of-voice development, or creative direction.
  • Ability to build content frameworks, audits, and guidelines from scratch.
