Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Merchandising Manager to own the end-to-end planning and execution of our content and promotional strategy across the website and app. This role plays a critical part in driving product discovery, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to category performance by delivering relevant, timely, and optimized site experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content & Promotional Calendar Ownership:
    Plan and manage the promotional and content calendar across the site, aligned with key business priorities, including festivals, seasonal moments, sale events, product launches, and brand stories.

  • Drive Engagement & Discovery:
    Strategically plan on-site content to improve click-through rates (CTR), product views, and overall discovery, with the goal of increasing customer engagement and conversion.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    Collaborate with category teams, business, design, and operations to ensure seamless and timely refreshes of the homepage, landing pages, and promotional banners across all digital channels.

  • Campaign Execution:
    Own the end-to-end execution of on-site campaigns including content planning, scheduling, personalization, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

  • Performance Analytics & Optimization:
    Build and maintain dashboards to analyze performance of content zones. Identify trends and insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.

  • Customer Insights & Segmentation:
    Use behavioral data and customer segmentation insights to tailor content strategies that cater to different shopper profiles and buying intents.

  • Data-Backed Decision Making:
    Leverage strong analytical skills to interpret site performance metrics and drive decisions that enhance site merchandising efficiency and effectiveness.


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 4–7 years of experience in site merchandising, digital content management, or ecommerce marketing.

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce UX, merchandising strategies, and customer shopping behavior.

  • Excellent coordination and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and content management systems (CMS). Experience with personalization and A/B testing tools is a plus.

  • Highly data-driven with strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
