Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance, Accounting functions of the plant. </p><p>2. Closely track Plan financial parameters and performance of the plant for operational point of view </p><p>3. Tightly monitor day to day expenses and payments </p><p>4. Tightly monitor and control Inventory and carry out periodic physical verification </p><p>5. Prepare financial statements, balance sheet, Cash flow statement for the Company </p><p>6. Comply with ongoing tax compliance such as TDS, Income Tax, GST, or any other statutory bodies </p><p>7. To ensure timely and correctly computation and payment of GST on monthly basis </p><p>8. To ensure maintenance of all statutory records prescribed under GST etc. </p><p>9. Liaison with Statutory and Internal Auditors, bankers, insurance companies etc </p><p>10. Prepare Monthly MIS reports for management review. </p><p>11. Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company. </p><p>12. Annual Budget preparation on projected Revenue / Expenses </p><p>13. Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive cost system </p><p>14. Work with Central costing team on improving all the aspects of Plant Costing in SAP </p><p>15. Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance to the controls and SOP’s. </p><p>16. Identify areas of improvements in SAP and lead the change </p><p>17. Preparation of SOP for the Inventory and Accounting related activities </p><p>18. Timely Reconciliation of Labor Bills </p><p>19. Liaisoning with Government Officials</p><p><br /></p><p>1. Basic knowledge on provisions of Companies Act related to internal audit and controls </p><p>2. Attention to details. </p><p>3. Ability to handle pressure </p><p>4. SAP Knowledge </p><p><br /></p>
