Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Service support – Exports:

 

  • Competition analysis and drawing LMM’s individual country policies Warranty , Service & Parts.
  • Monitor Distributor Manpower recruitment related to service and parts. 
  • Extending services support to global distributors with respect to Service training , manuals , special tools export and installation , VOR support , parts export .
  • Coordinating with country distributor partner for competitive part and service prices in applicable countries.
  • Resolve all customer and distributor related complaints arising from market and assembly units .
  • Monitoring assembly process ( as applicable ) 
  • Ensuring training of country distributor and dealer manpower for technical capabilities
  • Extending Service/Parts reach to all sales point appointed by Distributors/Business partners .
  • Resolve internal and external warranty issues with distributor.
