Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Manager/Senior Manager - Design & Engineering - Solar. The responsibilities include leading design and engineering activities for solar projects, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety regulations. Additional tasks include optimizing project designs for efficiency, reviewing designs for technical accuracy, coordinating with clients and project teams, and staying updated with advancements in solar and renewable energy technologies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and skills in Design & Engineering of Ground - mounted Solar Power Projects
• Proficient in using design and simulation softwares (PVSyst, AutoCad etc)
• In-depth understanding of renewable energy technologies and related industry standards
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Electrical or related fields)
• Experience in BESS/EV is an advantage
