Graduate (Commerce/science/arts / any stream)
Work experience
9 to 12 years (minimum 4 Years in a capacity of Manager and above handling Corporate Quality function) from 3rd party BPO or captive centers
Job Description
The Manager will play a key role working with cross functional processes to understand business needs and apply relevant techniques to deliver quantifiable improvements.
To develop and implement quality plans, SOPs, and conduct governance audits using ISO 9001 & 27001 standards.
To be able to perform gap analysis through audits and work on process reengineering projects through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
To be able to work with IT on productizing technical applications by understanding workflows, develop BRDs
Job Profile
- Process mapping and SOP design for all functions in the organization
- Develop and capture KPIs, and create and manage process of building and reporting scorecards and dashboards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, communicate support needs and engage these groups in support of project execution
- Take responsibility for project results and the quality of project execution
- Identify key deliverables, conduct end-to-end assessment, and build solutions and processes that allow stakeholders drive improvements and enhance efficiencies
- Create a culture focused on Continuous Improvement, challenging status-quo, thinking outside-the-box, and coach, mentor Green-Belts and Yellow-Belts
- Continuously improve existing process and help teams design new processes that are robust, effective, and efficient
- Achieve Cost Reduction Targets with regular updates to Senior Management
- Responsible for Lead / Lag metrics tracking
- Maintain customer relationship with internal customers
- Responsible for SOP maintenance to ensure the same are most up-to-date and fitting business needs
- Apply Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology to investigate existing processes for improvement, and expand the use of these tools
- Leading, developing and implementing process improvements and key business improvement initiatives
- Responsible for Process Reengineer to redesign and streamline processes with process owners
- Implement business improvement initiatives
Knowledge and skills
- Internal audit background [ISO, CMMI, COPC standards] highly desirable
- Willingness to work hands on in the research and data details in the analysis
- Demonstrated experience with technology specific project/programs and execution on a cross-functional level
- Superior skills in Excel, PowerPoint and process mapping software
- Experience in transformation and change management including demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation projects, ensuring process improvements are implemented and sustained across all process stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills and demonstrated success in organizational transformation through technology implementation
- Process mapping and SOP designing
- Analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes
