Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Executive / Manager Revenue & Business Development (B2B Global Markets). The role is based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies to drive revenue growth, managing client relationships in global markets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition and management.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating business performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Proficiency in Revenue Recognition and Revenue Management processes
- Experience in financial planning, Finance, and Accounting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage global client relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Who We Are Looking For -
- 49 years in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Experience selling services, consulting, or sourcing solutions
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and structured follow-up
- Exposure to international markets is a strong plus
- Self-driven, confident communicator, resilient mindset
This Role Is Not For You If -
- You avoid cold outreach
- You rely only on marketing-generated leads
- You are uncomfortable being measured on revenue outcomes
Compensation Structure -
First 6 Months (Probation):
- 60,000 fixed per month
- Performance-based variable
- Total monthly payout capped at 1,00,000 for first 3 months
Post-Probation (Based on Performance):
- Higher incentive structure
- Revenue-linked upside with no artificial ceiling
- Clear growth into revenue leadership role

Month 1: Active pipeline + meaningful conversations
Month 2: Proposals in circulation
Month 3: Closures visible
