This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager/Senior Executive Revenue & Business Development (B2B Global Markets), based in Noida with flexibility to work from home part of the time. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, managing global market opportunities, and establishing partnerships with businesses. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, devising business development plans, negotiating contracts, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. The role also involves market research, collaboration with internal teams, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Business development and revenue growth experience, with a focus on B2B global markets
• Skills in market research, strategic planning, and client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in managing and building strategic partnerships
• Ability to work independently, with excellent analytical skills and goal-oriented mindset
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Prior experience in International Business or Global Markets is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in tools for business communication and reporting
