Role Description

These are full-time on-site role for a Manager/s - Secured & Unsecured Loans at our Office locations. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing loan servicing operations, managing loan portfolios, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process. Tasks majorly would be creating a huge Broker network , developing strategies for portfolio growth and maintaining strong relationships with Such network ,clients and banking partners to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the banking/ NBFC industry in channel Management role is a MUST.
• Strong expertise in Loan Servicing and professional experience with secured/unsecured Loans
• Knowledge in Finance and Portfolio Management to effectively manage financial operations
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
