Manager - School Partnerships and Coordination

Our Vertical - World Academy of Career Programmes (WACP) is an international education organisation partnering with schools to deliver career-focused, globally aligned programmes that bridge academics with real-world industry pathways for senior secondary students.

We are growing our team and looking for experienced professionals to help scale our school partnerships and academic programmes across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with K12 schools across IB, CISCE, CBSE, and international curricula.
• Lead school conversations from initial engagement to partnership finalisation, in collaboration with leadership.
• Support growth through strategic outreach, referrals, and ecosystem presence rather than cold sales.
• Identify expansion opportunities within partner schools
• Represent the organisation at education expos and conferences
• Engage prospective schools during events and convert interest into structured follow-ups.
• Ensure schools receive the right information, timelines, and support during onboarding and programme cycles.
• Support renewals and continuity of programmes.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with school leadership and coordinators.
• Capture feedback and market insights to strengthen programme positioning.

Skills & Experience

• 56 years experience in K12 education, school partnerships, or education services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong coordination and follow-through skills
• Ability to convert conversations into structured next steps
• The role will involve travelling
