Job Overview

Skills Required

Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP PAPM solutions to support profitability and performance management needs.
Collaborate with finance, controlling, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP PAPM functional and technical specifications.
Manage end-to-end SAP PAPM lifecycle including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of SAP PAPM consultants and developers.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP PAPM processes and reporting.
Work closely with SAP Basis, ABAP developers, and other SAP module teams to ensure smooth integration.
Develop and maintain documentation such as process flows, functional specs, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for users and team members.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues related to SAP PAPM.


Your role

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PAPM implementations and support.
Strong knowledge of SAP Profitability and Performance Management concepts, including data modeling, scenario management, and reporting.
Experience in integrating SAP PAPM with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and other SAP modules.
Proficient in SAP HANA and SAP BW architecture and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage SAP PAPM projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of finance and controlling business processes.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
