Job Description
SAP Functional Issue Co-Ordinator

- SAP Functional Support (SD/MM/FI/CO/PP/WM/PM/QM etc.)
- Issue Tracking & Resolution (Ticketing tools like ZohoDesk/Solution Manager)
- Business User Support & Training
- SAP Master Data Management

- Basic SAP Configuration Knowledge
- SLA Compliance & Reporting
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day SAP functional issues across multiple modules.
- Act as a single point of contact for business users for SAP-related issues and requests.
- Liaise with SAP functional consultants and technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Create and manage tickets in ServiceNow/SAP Solution Manager and track until closure.
- Prioritize and escalate critical issues to ensure minimal business disruption.
- Maintain issue logs, prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
- Assist in testing, documentation, and communication of system changes or enhancements.
- Support business users with SAP training, documentation, and best practices.
