SAP Basis Manager with a strong background in S/4HANA Brownfield Migrations to lead and manage SAP Basis operations and transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of SAP technical services, with a key focus on managing brownfield conversion projects from ECC to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and project management skills.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Management:Lead and manage the SAP Basis team, including internal staff and external consultants.Define and execute the SAP technical strategy aligned with the organization's digital transformation goals.Serve as the technical owner for SAP Basis, ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.Act as the technical lead on brownfield S/4HANA migration projects, overseeing planning, execution, and post-go-live support.Preferred Skills:SAP certifications in Basis and/or S/4HANA system administration.Experience managing SAP in a regulated industry (e.g., Pharma, Manufacturing, Finance).Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP LaMa, or SAP Solution Manager (7.2).Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments and DevOps integration.
