Job Description

As the Manager - Salesforce, you will oversee multiple full lifecycle Salesforce Core Cloud enterprise projects, leading your team to deliver exceptional results. With a focus on Agile methodologies, you will ensure that all projects are executed efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and process maturity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
    • Lead planning and execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring delivery commitments are met.
    • Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Agile Execution:
    • Implement and execute Agile Scrum delivery processes to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
    • Foster a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders to facilitate project success.
  • Quality and Engagement:
    • Deliver projects with a strong focus on quality and process maturity, working closely with all stakeholders.
    • Maintain high levels of client communication, governance, and timely reporting on project status and progress.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Cultivate relentless focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that client needs are consistently met or exceeded.
    • Identify and create growth opportunities within existing client accounts through proactive engagement and relationship building.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Focus on promoting employee engagement and satisfaction within your team, fostering a positive work environment.
    • Drive operational efficiencies in the delivery and execution of Salesforce projects to optimize team performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a Project Management role within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple Salesforce Core Cloud enterprise projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SCRUM processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance client relationships and drive project success.
