Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Market Research

  • Sales and marketing strategy, Product management, Market segmentation,
  • Develop and communicate strategies to establish partnerships, associates and business relationships to market products and services
  • Develop and execute marketing plan, events, seminars, campaigns, branding and positioning
  • Conduct and review market analysis to determine customer needs, pricing and trends
  • Estimate demands for proposed projects based on market research and customer trend
  • Develop new markets and competence for business, calibrate and develop resources and capabilities for profitable business
  • Analyze the financial impact of sales of products and services to new and existing customers
  • Monitor the competitions product development activities and network with key players


2.Implementation

  • Responsible for getting Certification, Recertification, compliance audits and Training Business
  • Prepare smart propsoals and offers as per regulatory, accreditations and organizations guideliens; follow up with clients
  • Presentations, client visits, key accounts management
  • Customer relationship management and other business excellence tools and maintain overall compliance
  • Support technical and operational development by contributing to execution for core competencies
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations and legal in the development and implementation of strategies, plans and business models for food certification
  • Operate in liaison with other Business Managers in the resolution of business development matters
  • Support management in dealing with negotiations, bids, contract development acquisitions and budgeting
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Participate in the annual budget planning process
  • At all times, comply with Intertek Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct


Qualification: MBA/Equivalent degree in Marketing & Sales

Technical Requirement: Knowledge about System Certification Business

Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience required
