Job Title: Referral and Loyalty Sales Closing Executive

Job Summary:

The Referral and Loyalty Sales Closing Executive will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing customers, managing referrals, and closing repeat sales. This role is crucial in strengthening customer loyalty, boosting brand trust, and driving sales through word-of-mouth and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive referral-based sales by engaging satisfied clients and encouraging them to refer new buyers.

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.

• Lead end-to-end sales closing process for referral and loyalty-generated leads.

• Actively track and manage all leads, interactions, and follow-ups.

• Work closely with the marketing team to strategize campaigns for referrals and loyalty clients.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and closing negotiations with prospective buyers.

• Provide detailed feedback from loyal clients to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project offerings, pricing, and real estate market trends.

        Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, customer relationship management, or loyalty programs.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
