Location: Bangalore, Mumbai

Level: Middle Management


Qualification & Experience

  • BBA/MBA
  • 46 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the retail fixture industry
  • Strong communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is an advantage)
  • Similar industry experience is preferred in Retail Fixtures


Scope of Work

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and mock-ups
  • Achieve assigned sales targets



Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and onboard new clients
  • Coordinate with the design team for estimation, proposals, and negotiations through to client sign-off
  • Ensure smooth project execution by working closely with internal teams
  • Track market trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather customer insights


Functional / Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of sales strategy development and execution
  • Market awareness with agility to realign plans based on trends
  • Proficiency in building client relationships and preparing sales plans and forecasts
