Manager – Sales (Ready Mix Concrete – RMC)

With 11 RMC plants set to operate in and around Bangalore by 2026, we are expanding rapidly to support the regions growing infrastructure demand driven by quality, operational excellence, and long-term vision.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in our Ready Mix Concrete division. The role involves developing new business from builders, contractors, and infrastructure companies, managing key client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination with plant, dispatch, QC, and fleet teams for timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert project leads into confirmed orders
• Build long-term client relationships and handle negotiations
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Coordinate closely with operations for smooth site deliveries

Requirements

• Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
• 58 years of experience in RMC or construction materials sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business planning skills
