Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Long Term Planning
• Statewise industry. Volume and Market Share target
• Month wise, variant wise modelmix planning
• Preparation of Budget plans
Short Term Planning
• Statewise Industry & Volume Planning
• Statewise Modelmix planning for N, N+1, N+2
• MPP Plan finalisation
Monthly Planning
• Statewise Industry, Volume and Market share
• Statewise Delivery & collection Plan
• Statewise Variant wise modelmix planning
• Ensure dealerwise plan deployment and availability of dealerwise plans
• Ensure billing completion as per monthly outlook
Inventory Planning
• Statewise modelmix planning on monthly and quarterly basis
• Capacity planning as per sales requirement
• Ensuring tractor availability as per statewise plan/requirement
• Co-ordination with production, Logistics, plant and quality team for availability of tractors
• Monitoring and liquidation of ageing stock
• New model introduction with co-ordination with product and marketing team
• Complexity reduction thru variant rationalisation
Technology Integration
• Prepare and share Model level forecast accuracy with respective state head
• Develop dashboard on key sales KPIs
Market Analysis
• Identify Target Markets for New/Key products
• Model Trends: Evaluate Model needs, preferences and buying patterns
• Use historical data and market trends to forecast demand.
• Use of Runner Repeater Stranger model category for model allocation
• Use analytics tools for performance monitoring and decision-making
Education Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering/ Btech
General Experience
5-10 Years
