Job Description
Job Purpose:
Lead the Demand Planning for International business of BSV which has a mix of MTO / MTS businesses. International Business is BSVs fastest growing business unit with an ambition to reach 1000 Cr by end of FY26. Work on Specialty and challenging products with a unique supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate the Demand Plan for the MTS/ MTO International Business for BSV
- Focus on End-to-End Order Management and Supply Planning
- Execute the Sales plan for the month with stakeholders across Businesses (Regulatory, Manufacturing/Packing, Quality, Logistics etc)
- Lead and Drive the S&OP discussions for International business at a BU/Cluster level
- Engage with Stakeholders to mitigate risks, if any, on the sales plan (month/quarter basis)
- Drive Process Improvements for the growing International Business to increase speed to market
- Support the Business team on the growth plans/new launches planned for the financial year
- Establish a culture for Data Driven decisions within Supply Chain
Requisite for the role:
- 6-8 years experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) within Supply Chain
- MBA degree from well-known institute is preferred
- Good experience in Demand Forecasting
- Good in Stakeholder Engagement
- Process Improvement mindset
- Clear and crisp articulation
Competencies:
- Understanding of Supply Chain concepts & the Sales & Operations planning process
- Analytical skills to work on large amount of data, exposure to data analytical tools like R, Python
- Strong inter-personal skills while engaging with the cross functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
