Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager Sales to lead hotel sales initiatives within our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate client engagement, managing B2B sales, and ensuring seamless delivery of travel-related services, with a strong focus on hotel bookings and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate client engagement and develop strategic sales plans for hotel bookings and related travel services.
- Drive B2B sales by acquiring, managing, and growing corporate accounts within the hotel segment.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key business clients to maximize revenue and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer support, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance service offerings and improve market positioning.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize processes to achieve business targets.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in hotel sales, travel, or BPO industry.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and corporate account management.
- Strong understanding of hotel booking systems and travel industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
