Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

Regularly interact with existing customers to understand and fulfill their recurring needs.

Run CRM initiatives including feedback surveys and engagement activities to ensure strong customer connect.

Sales Target Achievement:

Achieve growth and meet sales targets in line with the company’s business plan.

Commercial Operations:

Prepare costings and commercial offers for customers.

Follow up proactively to ensure order closure.

New Business Development:

Explore new markets and acquire new customers for the existing product portfolio.

Generate and follow up on business leads proactively.

Internal Coordination:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Ensure timely customer updates on order status and deliveries.

Customer Engagement Platforms:

Represent the division in trade exhibitions, road shows, and other customer-facing events.

Market Intelligence:

Provide timely feedback on market trends and customer needs to help refine products and services.

Export Coordination:

Liaise with the export commercial team to ensure smooth post-shipment and commercial processes.

Sales Expansion:

Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives within the customer segments.

Product Development:

Work closely with the internal teams to lead product development projects as per customer expectations.

Order Management:

Generate sales orders and coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery of goods.
