We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to accelerate business growth and strengthen our presence in the luxury architectural and decorative lighting segment.
About the Role
AsManager Sales & Business Development, you will play a strategic role in expanding ILDLs market footprint. You will build long-term relationships with leading Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting Designers, PMCs, Contractors, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
You will curate customised lighting solutions that reflect ILDLs commitment to design excellence, innovation, and client-centricity delivering a premium experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
Drive revenue growth in the luxury architectural and decorative lighting segment
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, contractors, and HNIs
Engage with key decision-makers and influencers in high-value projects
Project & Specification Management
Lead project specifications and solution presentations
Coordinate internally to ensure seamless execution and timely closures
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Brand & Market Development
Strengthen ILDLs brand visibility through networking events and industry engagements
Support marketing initiatives, social media engagement, and training programs
What Were Looking For
Experience - 38 years of experience in Lighting, Home Automation, Luxury Building Materials, or Architectural Products
Proven success in selling premium or high-value design-led products
Education
Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Lighting Design preferred
MBA (Sales/Marketing) from a reputed institute is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of the luxury customer mindset and buying behavior
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Good technical understanding of lighting systems and design integration
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven
Other Requirements
Willingness to attend evening industry events and travel as required
