1. Sales & Marketing Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Delhi


Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead outreach, brand building, demand generation, partnerships, and revenue acceleration across all SBUs Academy of Digital Health Sciences, Global Digital Health Summit, Health Parliament, and International Patients Union. You will strategize, execute, and optimize initiatives to build audiences, increase enrollments, sponsors, partners, and engagement across digital platforms, events, and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing

  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing plans for courses, events (GDHS), campaigns, and community engagement.
  • Position the organisation as a thought leader in digital health, patient advocacy, and policy research.
  • Develop content, campaigns, messaging, and brand narratives aligned with mission and audience segments.

Demand Generation & Sales

  • Create and scale lead generation funnels online advertising, partnerships, webinars, email campaigns, social media.
  • Convert prospects into enrolled students, sponsors, partners, summit delegates, and members.
  • Manage CRM, pipeline forecasting, and monthly sales targets.

Partnerships & Outreach

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with healthcare organisations, academic institutions, NGOs, corporates, and global bodies.
  • Liaise with policy makers, healthcare leaders, and sponsors to amplify visibility and impact.

Brand & Communications

  • Oversee social media strategy, community engagement, and digital communications.
  • Prepare press kits, media releases, thought leadership articles, newsletters, and analytics reporting.

Event Marketing (GDHS)

  • Drive attendee acquisition, exhibitor sales, sponsorship sales, and campaign performance for the Global Digital Health Summit.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns before, during, and after events.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in B2B sales & marketing, ideally within healthcare, education, NGOs, or global events.
  • Strong digital marketing, storytelling, and analytics skills.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Adaptive, creative, results-oriented, with global outlook.

Preferred: Experience in digital health, healthcare policy, event sales, or education tech.



2. HR & Admin Job Description

Job Title: HR & Admin Manager

The HR & Admin Manager will build and nurture a high-performance workforce and a supportive work culture across the organisation and all SBUs. This role manages talent acquisition, performance cycles, HR operations, learning & development, compliance, and office administration to support organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes across functions sales, marketing, finance, program delivery, and operations.
  • Craft role profiles, manage hiring pipelines, interviews, assessments, and onboarding.

Employee Lifecycle & Culture

  • Lead performance management, goal setting, career development, rewards and recognition.
  • Ensure positive employee experience, engagement strategies, and HR feedback loops.
  • Drive employer branding to attract diverse talent.

HR Operations & Compliance

3. Accounts & Finance Job Description

Job Title: Accounts & Finance Manager

Location: Delhi


Role Overview

The Accounts & Finance Manager will lead financial planning, accounting, compliance, budgeting, reporting, and financial controls across the group and SBUs. You are responsible for ensuring financial health, timely reporting, statutory compliance, and transparency to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting

  • Prepare, maintain, and reconcile books of accounts general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, advances.
  • Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
  • Manage financial close processes.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead budgeting cycles with functional heads.
  • Track actuals vs budgets and provide variance analysis.
  • Support financial modelling for projects, events, and strategic investments.

Compliance & Taxation

  • Ensure statutory compliance GST, TDS, tax filings, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.

Cash Flow & Banking

  • Manage cash flow, payables, receivables, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in accounting/finance, CA/CPA/ACCA qualified preferred.
  • Knowledge of Indian regulatory, taxation, and NGO/edu-tech financial compliance.
  • Hands-on with accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Xero) and Excel.
  • Organized, analytical, ethical, and detail-oriented.

Preferred: Finance experience in multi-SBU orgs, events, or digital learning. Knowledge of US taxation and regulatory laws is desirable.
