Job Description
· Manage post placement side of outward reinsurance business
· Request reinsurers / RI brokers for debit notes, signed reinsurance slips to process premium and GST payments
· Request for tax documents (i.e. PE Certificate, TRC and Form 10F from Ultimate reinsurers) before processing payments
· Recover refund premiums from reinsurer / RI broker
· Seek PPW extension wherever necessary and ensure nil impact on company solvency
· Run weekly closing register discussions with fac managers and senior team members
· Reviewing of reinsurance slips upon receipt
· Recon of outward RI bookings against payments made with nil pendency
· Lesioning with Reinsurers and RI brokers for seamless flow of outward reinsurance business
