Job Description

• Product Development:

Formulate and develop new drymix products for applications like Tile adhesives, mortar, wall putty, micro concrete, repair mortar, gypsum plaster& Grouts.

• Research & Analysis:

Conduct literature surveys, evaluate raw materials, and stay updated on new technologies and market trends within the drymix industry.

• Team Management:

Provide technical direction, leadership, and mentorship to the R&D team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Project Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor R&D projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including production, quality control, marketing, and sales, to support new product commercialization and technical service.

Technical skills and qualification

• M. Sc / BE Chemical / B tech / Mtech (Chem)
• 36 years of experience in R&D in dry products in building material industry
