Manager - Quality (In Process Inspection)

·        Preparations of QAP & Procedure of All Jobs and Final dossier  of All jobs.

·        To get Release Note of EIL jobs.

·        Raw-Material Identification of All Jobs & Material Testing.

·        To Maintain the record of   Documents of related jobs

·        Handling of Third Party inspector & Job Inspection

·        Regular interaction with Design, Purchase, Marketing, Production , Machine Shop & Client

·        To prepare U-Stamp Audit & Related Activity. & Good Knowledge of ASME Code.

·        To Prepare Hardness & UT Test Report, Receiving Inspection for U Stamp & Handling U-Stamp & C-Marking Job

·        Inspection of shop activity

·        Active Role in ISO Certification

·        Manage the team of 2-3 Persons in terms of grooming, motivation, identify T&D needs & recommend for the same
