Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading engineering teams focused on quality and product deployment.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an engineer.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Technical proficiency in test automation, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with tools such as Git, Jira, and test reporting platforms.
• Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, risk management, and vendor contract language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Quality Engineers supporting complex systems and applications.
• Architect, design, test, automate, monitor, and operate applications at scale using a software engineering approach.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and improve quality programmes, tooling, and methodologies.
• Provide technical direction and problem-solving across enterprise-level projects.
• Influence organisational change through technical leadership and relationship management.
• Instil standards and processes that ensure high confidence in released code.
• Deliver exceptional service to internal business partners and continuously seek opportunities to enhance team impact.
• Manage team schedules, priorities, and strategic initiatives in alignment with broader organisational goals.
